Bali Nightclubs

Bali nightclubs are a white-hot, all-night, colourful mix of everything from beachfront sunset bars to glamorous lounges to hip-hop dance clubs. The vibrant beachfront communities of Kuta and Legian Beach are the nightlife hubs of Bali, thronged with jumping cafes, pubs, and discotheques where the party lasts ’til dawn. The night really starts to rock around midnight in Kuta, where countless bars light up the night with electric tunes, non-stop dancing, and wild DJ’s. Check out live music at the Hard Rock Café, Indonesian-style drag cabaret at the Hulu Bar, or hip hop at the M Bar Go. Planet Hollywood is a spectacular multi-themed club, while the Wave boasts great music and magnificent views of the Indian Ocean. Hip Legian Beach offers such upscale venues as luxuriously stylish Bacio, international DJ party mecca the Double Six Club, and the ultra-exclusive Paparazzi Lounge.

The after dark scene in Seminyak is as cosmopolitan and sophisticated as the city’s upscale boutiques, spas, and galleries. Famous oceanfront club Ku Di Ta Bali is a favoured hangout, as is the glamorous new Hypnotique Cocktail Bar and Lounge. Nightlife on the posh paradise of Nusa Dua is quieter than Legian and Kuta, and is centered on the lavish lounges and clubs of the magnificent beachfront resorts, such as the Grand Hyatt Bali and Nikko Bali Resort. A night out in cosmopolitan cultural center Ubud is likely to include attending a fascinating traditional dance or shadow puppet show, grooving to cool blues and hot cocktails at the Jazz Café, or sampling the brews at chummy British pub Beggard’s bush.
