Priding itself on being the first zoo in Bali, the Bali Zoo is home to a huge assortment of animals both familiar and exotic. At the Zoo, you’ll see white tigers, a pride of lions, and various monkeys. You’ll also be introduced to soome animals you may never have heard of before, such as the binturong (a bear-like creature that smells like popcorn) and the cassowary (a massive bird with incredible plumage). The Bali Zoo also has a petting zoo, multiple opportunities to feed the animals, and even a special area where you can get face to face with the zoo’s lions, crocodiles, and other animals!

Bali Safari and Marine Park
This park’s main attraction is its Safari Tour, where you ride in an open trolley through many exciting animal habitats. You get up close to all the park’s animals, including zebras, elephants, hippos, lions, and more. Bali Safari and Marine Park has an extensive freshwater aquarium featuring piranhas and 40 other species of exotic fish, and the park’s dolphin exhibit is opening soon. This is by far one of the most popular Bali attractions.

Bali Bird Park and Reptile Park
Over a thousand unique, endangered, and native species of bird call this park home. The park does extensive conservation work and strives to preserve the many dying bird and reptile species of the world. Situated in a massive botanical garden, the park offers visitors the opportunity to feed and pet the animals, as well as enjoy their spectacular shows of flight.
